September 10th, 5:30pm. ZOOM Speaker “Camino Presentation with Meredith Watters” on her architecture walk from France to Spain. 5½ weeks of walking 100+ miles to walk. “Beginning September 24, 2019 in Le Puy-en-Velay, France I began a 5½ week pilgrimage (established in the late middle ages) of 520 miles (15-22 miles/day). The network of designated paths I choose to experience took me through portions of central and southern France, over the Pyrenees, along northern Spain, ending in Santiago de Compostela, Spain. I walked and saw scenic mountains, rolling fields of grapes, pastures of cows and sheep, many wonderful fellow pilgrims, fabulous local meals, historic villages and chapels, UNESCO designated sites, and interesting accommodations. I will share with you photos and will answer questions about this popular physical and spiritual adventure” – Meredith Watters. Register online to receive the zoom invite. Photo attached.
